Smell, feel. Breathe in, remember, inhale, respond. From exploring the creation of perfume to how odors are perceived, this book addresses the question of olfaction in all its complexity. Featuring interviews with perfumers and texts by researchers, it accompanies two exhibitions in Lausanne, Nez à Nez. Contemporary Perfumers at mudac and What a Nose! Scents and Feelings at Musée de la main UNIL-CHUV.

Depuis l’exploration de la création des parfums jusqu’à la perception des odeurs, cet ouvrage aborde la question de l’olfaction dans toute sa complexité. Composé d’entretiens de parfumeurs et de textes de chercheurs, il accompagne deux expositions lausannoises : « Nez à nez. Parfumeurs contemporains » au mudac et « Quel flair !
